A cheerful bento box for kids to take to school, full of colourful treats such as Honeytomatoes®

Finely slice the spring onion. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan and add 1 handful of spinach. Once the spinach has wilted, add the spring onion, sesame seeds and eggs and fry the tasty omelette until golden brown on both sides. Allow to cool, brush one side with hummus, put the remaining spinach on top, roll up tightly and cut into small pin-wheels. Arrange the omelette pinwheels in the lunch box.
Cut the radishes into wedges, peel the kiwi and cut into ½ cm thick slices. Use the cutter to make beauti-ful hearts. Put them in the lunch box together with the radishes, in the compartment next to the spinach pinwheels.
Fill the remaining compartments with the Honeytomatoes® and mini carrots. All ready for school :-)
