This sweet fruit salad combined with Honeytomatoes® and savoury flavours is a real surprise. This dish is delicious on a warm summer evening.

Cut the Honeytomatoes® in half. Halve the peaches, remove the stone and cut into wedges. Pick the leaves from the basil sprigs.
Heat a grill pan, brush the peach wedges with some olive oil and grill in the hot pan to form grill stripes on both sides. Allow to cool slightly.
Mix the Honeytomatoes® with the grilled peaches, lamb's lettuce and basil leaves into a salad. Season with salt and pepper. Grate the Parmesan cheese on top, stir again and sprinkle with the balsamic syrup.
Serve the salad with grilled garlic bread.
