A surprising snack with Honeytomatoes® as appetizer to accompany drinks

I want to make

knapperige parmezaankoekjes

    1. Preheat the oven on grill setting to 180°C.

    2. Grate the Parmesan cheese. Divide into small piles of 1 cm in diameter on a baking tray covered with bak-ing paper. Then place under the grill for 8-10 minutes to form golden brown crisps. Leave them to cool and crisp up.

    3. Cut the Honeytomatoes® in half, top with the parmesan crisps and finish with black pepper and some fresh basil.
