Stuffed Honeytomatoes® as appetizer to accompany drinks

Crumble the feta. Cut the mint into wafer-thin strips and finely chop the parsley. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the Honeytomatoes® crosswise from the top so that they open slightly. If necessary, remove some of the pulp with a small spoon. Fill the tomatoes with the feta-herb mixture and drizzle with olive oil.
