This sweet fruit salad combined with Looye Honeytomatoes and savoury flavours is a real surprise. This dish is delicious on a warm summer evening.

Cut the Looye Honeytomatoes in half. Halve the peaches, remove the stone and cut into wedges. Pick the leaves from the basil sprigs.
Heat a grill pan, brush the peach wedges with some olive oil and grill in the hot pan to form grill stripes on both sides. Allow to cool slightly.
Mix the Looye Honeytomatoes with the grilled peaches, lamb's lettuce and basil leaves into a salad. Season with salt and pepper. Grate the Parmesan cheese on top, stir again and sprinkle with the balsamic syrup.
Serve the salad with grilled garlic bread.
