Looye JOYN Tomato-cucumber smoothie with Granny Smith

Make this delicious smoothie from Looye JOYN tomatoes, Granny Smith apple and cucumber in minutes. Healthy and refreshing at the same time, the perfect treat for a hot day!

I want to make


    1. Rinse the apple and vegetables and cut them into cubes of about 2 cm (½ in.).


    1. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

    2. For a very smooth result, pour the pureed mixture into a sieve and push the smoothie through with a soup ladle.

    3. Leave to cool in the fridge for one hour or serve the smoothie immediately with some ice in a long drink glass. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
