Personal data we process
Looye Kwekers processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you provide this data to us. We process the following personal data:

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website/service does not intend to collect data on website visitors younger than 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children to prevent data on children being collected without parental consent. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks. Looye Kwekers would like to make you aware that you can submit a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
