Boil the water
In the meantime, put the green tea in a strainer or filter and rinse the fresh mint under running water.
Put the green tea, mint leaves and honey in a teapot.
Pour the boiling water over it and steep for 5 minutes.
Serve the Moroccan tea in large tea glasses and serve with deliciously sweet Looye Honeytomatoes.
