How about trying something new by putting a complete Bloody Mary on a cocktail stick! A fun addition to your appetiser repertoire or birthday party.

Pierce the Looye Honeytomatoes all over so they can absorb the vodka.
Zest and juice the lime.
In a bowl, mix the vodka with the Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and lime juice (add more Tabasco if you like it spicy).
Put the Looye Honeytomatoes in the vodka mixture and ensure that they are completely submerged so that the flavours can be absorbed. Leave to marinate for several hours.
Peel the celery and cut into thin slices (half-moons).
Take a cocktail stick and start with the celery slice followed by one of the marinated Looye Honeytomatoes and arrange them on a dish.
Season the Looye Honeytomatoes to taste with a pinch of celery salt, then add some freshly ground pepper and the zest of half a lime.
