Garlic toast with Looye Honeytomatoes

This delicacy is ready in a flash. A tasty toast variation with garlic and, of course, Looye Honeytomatoes!

  • METHOD

    1. Preheat the oven to 180° C.

    2. Cut the bread slices in half and drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil.

    3. Sprinkle the bread with some salt and pepper and toast them for 6 minutes in the middle of the preheated oven until they are nice and crispy.

    4. Peel the garlic and cut the cloves in half.

    5. Remove the toast from the oven and rub with the cut side of the garlic.

    6. Thinly slice the Looye Honeytomatoes and divide them between the toasted bread slices.

    7. Drizzle with ½ tbsp olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
