Pebre, Chilean dip

Are you a secret dip lover? Make this very easy Chilean dip with Looye JOYN tomatoes and start dipping! Delicious with tortilla chips or bite-sized snack vegetables.

I want to make


    1. Quarter the Looye JOYN tomatoes and remove the seeds. Cut the quarters into strips and then into small cubes.

    2. Clean and finely chop the spring onions and garlic. Also chop the coriander finely.


    1. Put the Looye JOYN tomatoes, spring onions, garlic and coriander in a bowl.

    2. Add the red wine vinegar, olive oil and chili sauce (e.g. Sriracha).

    3. Season with fine sea salt and the coarsely ground red chili pepper flakes.

    4. Add some water, making sure everything is just covered.

    5. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for a few hours to allow the flavours to mix and be absorbed. Pebre tastes best when served on the day of preparation.
