Vegan hummus wrap with Looye JOYN tomatoes

These tasty vegan wraps with hummus, Looye JOYN tomatoes and avocado are easy to prepare. Tasty and healthy!

I want to make


    1. Peel the cucumber and shave off thin slices with the peeler. Stop when you reach the seeds, turn it half a turn and repeat until all the cucumber flesh has been sliced.

    2. Slice the Looye tomatoes.

    3. Scoop the avocado from its skin and cut the flesh into long strips.

    4. Remove the heart of the little gem so that you can remove the leaves in their entirety.

    5. Finely chop the basil.


    1. Put the wraps on a plate each. Spread the hummus on a third of each wrap, about half an inch from the edge.

    2. Divide the cucumber, little gem, Looye tomatoes, avocado and basil in the centre of the wraps. Sprinkle with freshly ground salt and pepper as desired and drizzle with a few drops of olive oil.

    3. Roll the wraps carefully so that the lettuce and the other fillings stay neatly in the middle (as you would with a burrito).

    4. Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve the two halves on a plate. Garnish with a few basil leaves, a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato.
